Welcome to Bringo Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our delivery, shipping, import, export, and related logistics services. By placing an order, booking a shipment, sending a consignment to our designated warehouse, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Delivery
Bringo Pakistan takes reasonable measures to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery within the estimated time period provided to the customer.
However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Force majeure events
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or other calamities
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or threats to life or property
- Government policies, restrictions, or regulatory changes
- Changes affecting import or export procedures
- Customs restrictions, inspections, or delays
- Public processions or demonstrations
- Road blockages or transportation disruptions
- Strikes, industrial disputes, or labour disruptions
- Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bringo Pakistan
In such circumstances, Bringo Pakistan will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of any significant delay.
Shipment and delivery operations will resume as soon as it is reasonably safe and practicable to do so or when the relevant obstruction has been removed.
Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such losses may include, but are not limited to, business interruption, loss of sales, loss of advance orders, deterioration or expiry of goods, or any other commercial loss.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to a refund of freight or shipping charges.
2. Customs Detention, Delays & Penalties
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all goods submitted for import or export comply with applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, and restrictions.
Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for goods being detained, confiscated, delayed, rejected, or otherwise held by customs or any competent authority where such action results from:
- Prohibited or restricted goods
- Illegal or banned items
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading item descriptions
- Incorrect invoice or declaration information
- Incorrect valuation or classification
- Failure to provide required documentation
- Customer negligence or omission
- Any attempt to import or export goods contrary to applicable laws or regulations
Any customs duties, taxes, fines, penalties, storage charges, examination charges, clearance charges, or other costs arising from the customer’s actions, omissions, or inaccurate information shall be payable by the customer.
Bringo Pakistan reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred as a result of such circumstances and may take any lawful action available to protect its interests.
Customs Inspection
During customs inspection, customs officials or other competent authorities may open, examine, remove, retain, or inspect one or more items from a shipment.
In exceptional circumstances, items may be retained by the relevant authority for further examination, evaluation, or other lawful purposes and may not be returned to the customer or may be returned in a damaged condition.
Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting directly from such action by customs or another competent authority.
3. Packaging & Loss/Damage
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly and securely packed before handing them over to Bringo Pakistan.
Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for damage resulting from inadequate, inappropriate, insufficient, or unsafe packaging provided by the customer.
Customers should ensure that shipments are packed using:
- Strong and suitable cartons, boxes, or containers
- Appropriate internal protection and cushioning
- Sufficient shock and pressure-resistant materials
- Thermopore, bubble wrap, air bags, or equivalent protective materials where appropriate
- Suitable protection for fragile items
- Clearly visible handling instructions where required
- Proper sealing and securing of the shipment
Where necessary, customers should use strong, preferably cubical, cartons or suitable shipping containers appropriate for the nature of the goods.
Liquids & Fragile Items
Customers sending liquids or other fragile goods are responsible for ensuring that the items are securely sealed and appropriately packaged.
If a liquid leaks during transportation and damages other consignments or property, the customer may be responsible for the resulting losses and reasonable costs incurred by Bringo Pakistan and/or affected customers.
Bringo Pakistan reserves the right to recover such costs from the customer where the loss resulted from inadequate or improper packaging.
4. Lost Shipments
Bringo Pakistan takes reasonable care in handling customer consignments. However, we shall not be responsible for shipment loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events and other circumstances described in these Terms & Conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that every shipment has appropriate and accurate identifying information, including tracking information and/or shipment markings where required.
Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for loss or delay caused by the absence of required shipment identification, unclear shipment markings, or markings that are not prominently and clearly visible on the relevant cartons or packages.
Settlement for Shipment Lost While in Our Custody
Where a shipment is confirmed to have been completely lost or completely damaged while in Bringo Pakistan’s custody and the loss is attributable to Bringo Pakistan, the following settlement may apply:
- Where freight charges were paid in advance, Bringo Pakistan may refund the freight charges paid and provide an additional amount equivalent to the freight charges paid.
- Where the declared invoice value of the goods is lower than the freight charges paid, the settlement may instead be limited to the applicable invoice value, subject to the circumstances of the claim.
- Where freight charges were not paid in advance, Bringo Pakistan shall have no obligation to provide the above freight-based settlement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This provision does not apply where the loss resulted from circumstances outside Bringo Pakistan’s reasonable control or from the customer’s acts, omissions, inaccurate information, prohibited goods, or inadequate packaging.
5. Optional Insurance Cover
Goods shipped under normal operations are not automatically covered by insurance against loss or damage.
Customers who wish to obtain insurance coverage must request such coverage before placing the order and must provide the original or valid invoice showing the actual value of the goods.
Where insurance coverage is accepted by Bringo Pakistan:
- An insurance fee of 10% of the declared invoice value will be charged.
- The insurance fee must be paid in advance together with the agreed freight charges.
- Insurance coverage must be expressly confirmed by Bringo Pakistan before shipment.
- In the event of a qualifying total loss or complete damage rendering the goods unusable, the applicable insured amount may be paid to the customer subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Where an insured shipment is settled at the invoice value, the affected goods and any rights relating to the goods may become the property of Bringo Pakistan.
Exclusions from Insurance
Insurance coverage does not apply to partial loss or partial damage where the remaining goods are still reasonably usable by the customer.
Insurance coverage may also be subject to exclusions, limitations, documentation requirements, and applicable laws. Bringo Pakistan reserves the right to request reasonable evidence supporting any insurance claim.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding every shipment.
This includes, where applicable:

Bringo Pakistan shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information supplied by the customer.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
Customers must not submit goods for shipment that are illegal, prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or otherwise not permitted under applicable laws or regulations.
If prohibited or restricted goods are discovered, Bringo Pakistan may refuse, suspend, return, hold, or otherwise deal with the shipment as required by applicable law or by the relevant authority.
Any resulting costs, penalties, duties, storage fees, return charges, or other expenses may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Customers may be required to provide supporting documents, including:
- Shipment or tracking details
- Proof of payment
- Original or valid invoice
- Photographs of damaged packaging and goods
- Description of the issue

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bringo Pakistan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Such losses may include business interruption, loss of profits, loss of customers, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated revenue, or other commercial losses.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
